Thank you for sending us your story
We welcome news stories about what is happening in your community, your area, your country or the European Union. We are looking for short factual, well written news items to be able to communicate with our members in the European Union. We can only change society and help shape government organisations’ policies based on sound information.
Poor writing, the use of profanity , inaccurate, untrue or exaggerated stories only plays into the hands of those who resent giving any assistance to those on low incomes at all. Distorting facts and printing untrue statements merely demonstrates that we are no different to those in government we sometimes have cause to complain about ourselves.
PLEASE send us your news and bear in mind those points. We welcome submissions from anyone including those working for government departments. We treat these submissions in complete confidentially.
To join the Association of Pension & Benefits CIC and the sub-Association of Hourly Paid and Part Time Workers in the European Union, you need to be of the age eligible to work in your country.You need not be on benefits or in receipt of a pension; We also welcome membership of those who pay Tax or National Insurance and want to see their money wisely invested.
Only those who are ABC members can contribute to our website, contribute articles and comments.

The difficulties confronting those on state pensions and state benefits are considerable, in a society where the governments are trying to reduce public spending. These cuts have come at the same time the demands on the public purse have increased. By marshalling negative public opinion about those on benefits, in a bid to make savage cuts in spending acceptable, people genuinely needing state support can feel marginalised and unpopular with the rest of society. The bigger picture is that actions being taken are sometimes unfair, poorly thought through, and in some cases of questionable ethical standards. This situation is creating a hard core of people who feel simmering resentment and frustration with the system, and others simply depressed, by feeling simply not-worthy and a burden on society.
