Leeds Food Aid Network Homelessness and Food Aid Signposting Documents and Map

LEEDS - Champion volunteer, David Harrison, has been updating these documents for the benefit of those in the Leeds area as part of an initiative organised by the Leeds Food Aid Network.

City Centre Map:

This map shows some of the drop-in food provision and services that are available in Leeds city centre, particularly for people who are homeless.

This map can be used by people needing the services, to help them to find the venues.

Leeds (Trussell Trust) Foodbanks document:

You can access the document here.

This document shows the venues and times for the different distribution outlets of the Trussell Trust Foodbanks in Wetherby, Leeds North and West, and Leeds South and East. It also includes details of where and when donations can be given to them.

Please use this for signposting only and do not hand it out. If you want to refer people to these foodbanks you will need to contact the relevant foodbank (or more than one) about becoming a voucher holder.

Food Provision for Destitute Migrants in East and South Leeds:

These documents show the different venues in East and South Leeds where destitute migrants can go to access a small food parcel (and sometimes a meal) on different days of the week. In this case, destitute migrants are those who have no right to claim benefits and who are likely to have a longer term need for support with food.

We ask that people in this situation are pointed to these venues, rather than to the Trussell Trust Foodbank. This document can be given out to people accessing the provision.
