Citizens Advice Bureau Get Royal Visit

The work of Citizens Advice South Hams is to be celebrated later this month with a visit from HRH The Princess Royal.

Princess Anne will meet staff, volunteers and clients at the local charity’s headquarters at Follaton House, Totnes on Monday March 25 in her capacity as patron of the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux.

The visit coincides with a series of events across the country to celebrate 80 years of the national Citizens Advice. The Princess will spend about an hour meeting some of the charity’s more than 60 local volunteers and its 10 full and part-time staff.

“We are delighted and honoured to be hosting a royal visit,” said Janie Moor, chief officer, Citizens Advice South Hams.
