We had a virus problem after foolishly leading a laptop to help someone. We have just had some excellent support from Microsoft and would like to thank: Deepankar Chatterjee, Support Escalation Engineer based in India and Emma Johnson, Rapid Response Team, Waggener Edstrom Communications. We are putting forward ideas how Microsoft can better support members on low incomes and small third sector organisations in Europe. Well done Deepankar and Emma, you saved the day.
